2. Eligibility Criteria To qualify for the Price Match +, the following conditions must be met:

• The service must be identical in scope, quality, and terms.
• The estimate must be from a qualifying competitor, which includes major local and regional service providers. This offer is valid against local competitors within a 50-mile radius of our location. We reserve the right to reject matches with competitors located further away.
• The service must be available for booking at the lower price.
• The price match request must be made before the roofing proposal is rendered
• A copy of the competitor’s estimate must be provided for thorough verification. Any discrepancies may invalidate the price match.
• Provide a current written estimate from a competing roofing contractor dated within 30 days of your claim. We reserve the right to verify the authenticity of the competitor’s quote. 
• The competitor must be licensed, insured and bonded.

So as long as we’re talking about apples to apples, we’ll beat any written quote on a residential shingle project from another licensed Contractor . In other words, the written quote from the other company has to be comparable in terms of more than just the shingles used.  It also has to be comparable in terms of  products, same warranty, same installation, etc. A roofing system has components that we WILL NOT sacrifice quality on just to save money or get your business. While there are many roofing companies that cut corners and purchase generic sub-standard products to keep prices low, Skluzacek Bros does not.  We want your roof to last as long as possible, so we always use top-of-the-line products.

It is simply just our way of offering you a competitive rate on a quality service. We happily look over the competition’s roofing estimate to see where they are cutting corners and advise homeowners accordingly. Customer service starts with knowledge and education. 3. Exclusions The Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:

• Services provided by third-party contractors or freelancers.
• Promotional offers, discounts, or bundled service packages.
• Repairs, metal roofs, flat roofs, gutters, new construction, or commercial
• Services with pricing errors or misprints.
